This study aims to see the effect of zig-zag training on dribbling agility in soccer athletes SSB Persegrata Palembang. The population this research is Ogan Ilir United who want 30 people. sample may be method used quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with a one-group pretest and posttest design. instrument was test. Data were taken from pre-test post-test. treatment form given for 6 weeks frequency 3 times week. Based results statistical data analysis t test significant level α = 0.05, it obtained tcount (30.5) while ttable (1.70), then > so that H1 accepted Ho rejected. Thus can proposed accepted, affects (dribbling) athlete implication as type exercise improve agility.
